Limited Power of Attorney for SEC Reporting by Christine Procopio Johnson

Christine Procopio Johnson, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Quaker Chemical Corporation, has appointed Victoria K. Gehris, Amy O’Neill, and Robert T. Traub as her attorneys-in-fact for SEC reporting purposes. This Limited Power of Attorney authorizes them to act on her behalf in matters related to SEC filings, including obtaining EDGAR credentials, managing her EDGAR account, and executing Forms 3, 4, and 5. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to seek information on transactions in the company’s securities from third parties and to take any other actions deemed necessary or advisable. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Johnson is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier.
