Power of Attorney for James D. Hoffman

James D. Hoffman, a director of Kaiser Aluminum Corporation, has granted a power of attorney to John Donnan, Cherrie Tsai, Courtney Hall, Kierston Severson, and Taylor Pittman. This authorization allows them to act on his behalf in matters related to the filing of Forms 3, 4, and 5 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys-in-fact are also authorized to apply for electronic filing codes and perform any necessary actions to complete and file these forms. The power of attorney remains in effect until Hoffman is no longer required to file these forms or until he revokes it in writing. This document revokes any previous powers of attorney related to the filing of these forms.
