Change of Directors at Jiuzi Holdings Inc.

On October 16, 2025, Mr. Shu Liu resigned as a director and the chair of the Audit Committee of Jiuzi Holdings Inc. His resignation was not due to any disagreement with the company. On the same day, Mr. Pengyuan Li was elected as a director to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Liu. Mr. Li will also serve as the chair of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Compensation and Nominating Committees. Mr. Li holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Sanya University.
