Power of Attorney for Todd Grabowski

Todd Grabowski, VP and President, Americas at Johnson Controls International plc, has executed a Power of Attorney (POA) on September 17, 2025. The POA appoints Leanne Michels, Richard Dancy, and John Donofrio as his attorneys-in-fact to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on his behalf in compliance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
