Power of Attorney for Section 16 and Rule 144 Reporting Obligations

Paul B. Bolno, M.D., a director of Invivyd, Inc., has appointed several individuals as his attorneys-in-fact to handle his Section 16 and Rule 144 reporting obligations. These attorneys-in-fact are authorized to execute and file Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144 on his behalf, manage his EDGAR account, and seek information related to transactions in the company's securities. The power of attorney remains in effect until Bolno is no longer required to file these forms, he revokes it in writing, or the attorneys-in-fact are no longer employed by or representing the company. This document revokes all previous powers of attorney related to these matters.
