Independence Realty Trust Q3 2025 Financial Results

Independence Realty Trust, Inc. (IRT) announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2025. The company reported a net income available to common shares of $6.9 million, with earnings per diluted share (EPS) of $0.03. Core Funds from Operations (CFFO) per share were $0.29, in line with expectations. Same-store net operating income (NOI) grew by 2.7% compared to the same period in 2024.
