Power of Attorney for Anthony J. Lewis

Anthony J. Lewis, the Chief Financial Officer of IREN Ltd, has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Cesilia Kim and David MacAogain as his attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to manage and file necessary documents with the SEC on his behalf, including Forms 3, 4, and 5 related to Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
