Invitation Homes Q3 2025 Earnings Release

Invitation Homes Inc. reported its financial and operating results for the third quarter of 2025. Total revenues increased by 4.2% year-over-year to $688 million, while net income available to common stockholders rose by 43.5% to $136 million, or $0.22 per diluted common share. Core FFO per share increased by 0.4% to $0.47, and AFFO per share increased by 0.1% to $0.38. Same Store NOI grew by 1.1% year-over-year, driven by a 2.3% increase in Same Store Core Revenues and a 4.9% increase in Same Store Core Operating Expenses.
