ING Groep N.V. Share Buyback Programme Progress

ING Groep N.V. reported progress on its €2.0 billion share buyback programme, which was announced on 2 May 2025. During the week of 13 October 2025 to 17 October 2025, the company repurchased 4,381,000 shares at an average price of €20.91, totaling €91,614,268.60. To date, ING has repurchased 96,504,891 shares at an average price of €19.72, amounting to €1,903,541,763.32. This represents approximately 95.18% completion of the maximum total value of the share buyback programme. The programme aims to reduce the share capital of ING.
