Infosys Limited Announces Buyback of Equity Shares

Infosys Limited has announced a buyback of up to 10,00,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹5 each, representing 2.41% of the total paid-up equity share capital, at a price of ₹1,800 per share. The total buyback size is ₹18,000 crore. The buyback is being conducted through the tender offer route and is subject to shareholder approval and regulatory clearances. The company has notified the stock exchanges and filed the draft letter of offer with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
