Power of Attorney for Jonathan Hopkin Hill

Jonathan Hopkin Hill, a director of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE), has granted a power of attorney to several individuals, including Octavia N. Spencer, to act on his behalf in matters related to SEC filings. This includes the ability to complete and execute Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144, as well as any amendments, and to file these forms with the SEC. The power of attorney also allows the appointed individuals to manage Hill's EDGAR Next account, including filing Form ID applications and delegating authority to ICE's EDGAR Next account administrators. The power of attorney remains in effect until revoked by Hill, he is no longer required to make filings under the Act, or the appointed individuals cease to be employees of ICE or its affiliates.
