Power of Attorney for Michael Ringman

Michael Ringman, Chief Technology Officer of IBEX Limited, has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Lisa Lenstrohm and Amy VanDerSchouw as his attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on his behalf in compliance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Ringman is no longer required to file these forms or until he revokes it in writing. The document also ratifies any previous actions taken by the attorneys-in-fact that would have been authorized under this Power of Attorney.
