MindWalk Appoints New CFO and Announces AGM Results

MindWalk Holdings Corp. announced the appointment of R. Scott Areglado as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 20, 2025. Areglado brings over 25 years of financial leadership experience in healthcare, life sciences, and technology sectors. His role will focus on strengthening financial systems, executing growth initiatives, and enhancing investor relations. Additionally, MindWalk disclosed the results of its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, held on October 9, 2025. Dr. Jennifer Bath, Jon Lieber, and Dirk Witters were elected to the Board of Directors, while Davidson & Company LLP was re-appointed as auditor. Kamil Isaev resigned from the Board after receiving 32% votes in favor of his re-election. The Board has initiated a search process to fill the vacancy.
