Huron Consulting Group Q3 2025 Earnings Release

Huron Consulting Group Inc. announced its financial results for the third quarter and year-to-date ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a 16.8% increase in revenues before reimbursable expenses to $432.4 million for Q3 2025, compared to $370.0 million in Q3 2024. Net income rose by 12.0% to $30.4 million, and diluted earnings per share increased by 16.3% to $1.71. Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, grew by 22.9% to $67.4 million. For the first nine months of 2025, revenues before reimbursable expenses increased by 12.1% to $1.23 billion, while net income was $74.4 million, compared to $82.6 million in the same period last year. The company also raised its full-year 2025 adjusted diluted EPS guidance to $7.60. Huron attributed its strong performance to growth across all operating segments and robust demand for its services.
