Power of Attorney for Simon Mundy

Simon Mundy, Chief Accounting Officer of Gitlab Inc., has appointed Robin Schulman and Rashmi Chachra as his attorneys-in-fact to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on his behalf in accordance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The power of attorney grants the attorneys-in-fact the authority to perform all necessary acts related to these filings, including executing, acknowledging, delivering, and filing the forms with the SEC and any stock exchange. The power of attorney remains in effect until Mundy is no longer required to file these forms or until he revokes it in writing. The attorneys-in-fact may rely on information provided by Mundy, and Mundy agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and the attorneys-in-fact against any losses arising from any untrue statements or omissions in the information provided.
