GSK plc Announces Share Buyback Transaction on 21 October 2025

GSK plc, acting through BNP Paribas SA, purchased 250,000 of its ordinary shares on 21 October 2025 as part of its existing buyback programme. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 1,635.00p to 1,650.00p, with a volume-weighted average price of 1,642.48p. Following this transaction, GSK plc holds 252,578,344 ordinary shares in treasury and has 4,062,838,575 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares. The total number of voting rights in the company is 4,062,838,575, with 6.22% of voting rights attributable to the treasury shares. This buyback is in line with the non-discretionary agreement announced on 30 September 2025, under which GSK plc has purchased a total of 5,113,500 ordinary shares since the agreement's inception.
