GeoPark Completes Acquisition in Vaca Muerta and Initiates Operatorship of Two High-Quality Blocks

GeoPark Limited announced the completion of its acquisition from Pluspetrol S.A. of a 100% operated working interest in the Loma Jarillosa Este and Puesto Silva Oeste blocks in the Vaca Muerta formation, Argentina. The acquisition, totaling $115 million, includes all required governmental and regulatory approvals. GeoPark has also transferred a 5% working interest in the Puesto Silva Oeste Block to Gas y Petróleo del Neuquén S.A (GyP), forming a strategic partnership. The transaction underscores GeoPark's commitment to Argentina, operational excellence, and collaboration with local stakeholders.
