Power of Attorney for Armando Alexandri

Armando Alexandri, Chief Operating Officer of Gold Resource Corporation, has appointed Chet Holyoak, Chief Financial Officer, as his attorney-in-fact. This power of attorney authorizes Chet Holyoak to prepare, execute, and submit Form ID and other necessary documents to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to obtain codes and passwords for electronic filings. Additionally, Chet Holyoak is authorized to execute Forms 3, 4, and 5 on behalf of Armando Alexandri in accordance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The power of attorney also grants Chet Holyoak the authority to perform any other actions necessary or desirable to complete and execute these forms and to file them with the SEC and any stock exchange or similar authority. This power of attorney remains in effect until Armando Alexandri is no longer required to file Forms 3, 4, and 5, unless revoked earlier in writing.
