Limited Power of Attorney for Ann Miller at Global Industrial Co

Ann Miller, SVP & Chief HR Officer of Global Industrial Company, has executed a Limited Power of Attorney appointing Adina Storch and April Gruder as her attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to act on her behalf in matters related to SEC filings, including the preparation and submission of Forms 3, 4, and 5 under Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to manage her EDGAR account, including the appointment of account administrators and the maintenance of account security. The power of attorney remains in effect until Miller is no longer required to file Section 16 reports or until she revokes it in writing.
