SPT Invest Management Sarl Disposes of Class A Common Stock in Fluence Energy, Inc.

On October 28, 2025, SPT Invest Management Sarl, a ten percent owner of Fluence Energy, Inc., disposed of 11,761,131 shares of Class A Common Stock. The shares were transferred to SPT Holding, SARL, which wholly owns the Reporting Person. This transfer was exempt from reporting under Rule 16a-13 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and does not represent any change to the aggregate number of shares beneficially owned by Siemens AG and its subsidiaries. The shares were directly owned by SPT Invest Management Sarl, which is wholly owned by SPT Holding, SARL, and ultimately by Siemens Pension-Trust e.V. Siemens AG, an affiliate of Siemens Pension-Trust e.V., may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of these shares.
