Power of Attorney for Kevin Kremke

Kevin Kremke, Chief Financial Officer of enCore Energy Corp., has granted a Power of Attorney to Robert Willette, William Sheriff, and Robert Hudson Jr. This authorization allows them to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on behalf of Kremke in accordance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Power of Attorney also permits these attorneys-in-fact to perform any necessary actions related to these filings, including amendments and submissions to the SEC and stock exchanges. This Power of Attorney revokes any previous authorizations related to these forms and will remain in effect until Kremke is no longer required to file such forms.
