Element Solutions Inc Q3 2025 Financial Results

Element Solutions Inc reported its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, achieving record adjusted EBITDA of $147 million, a 3% increase from the same period last year. Net sales rose to $656 million, a 2% increase on a reported basis and 5% on an organic basis. The Electronics segment saw an 11% increase in net sales to $465 million, while the Industrial & Specialty segment experienced a 16% decline to $191 million, largely due to divestitures.
