Empire State Realty Trust Announces Third Quarter 2025 Results

Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (ESRT) reported its financial results for the third quarter of 2025. The company announced a net income of $0.05 per share and Core Funds From Operations (Core FFO) of $0.23 per share. The Manhattan office occupancy increased to 90.3%, and the total commercial portfolio occupancy rose to 90.0%. ESRT signed 87,880 rentable square feet of commercial leases, including 71,859 rentable square feet of Manhattan office leases. The company also issued $175 million of 5-year senior unsecured notes in a private placement transaction. ESRT reaffirmed its 2025 guidance, with Core FFO per fully diluted share expected to be between $0.83 and $0.86.
