Embraer Q3 2025 Financial and Operational Highlights

Embraer S.A. reported a record backlog of US$31.3 billion in the third quarter of 2025, marking an unprecedented high for the company. The backlog was driven by strong performance across all business units, with Commercial Aviation reaching a 9-year high of US$15.2 billion, supported by a 2.7x book-to-bill ratio. Executive Aviation delivered its 2,000th business jet, while Defense & Security secured contracts for the KC-390 Millennium and A-29 Super Tucano aircraft. Services & Support also achieved a record backlog of US$4.9 billion, up 40% year-over-year. Embraer delivered 62 aircraft in 3Q25, a 5% increase compared to the same period last year. The company remains on track to meet its 2025 delivery guidance, with significant progress expected in 2026.
