Equinor ASA Share Buy-Back - Third Tranche for 2025

Equinor ASA has completed the third tranche of its 2025 share buy-back programme, purchasing a total of 1,129,635 own shares from 13 October to 17 October 2025 at an average price of NOK 235.3736 per share. The total transaction value for this period was NOK 265,886,226.79. Including previously disclosed buy-backs under this tranche, Equinor has accumulated a total of 15,834,456 shares at an average price of NOK 248.8990, with a total transaction value of NOK 3,941,180,354.84. Following these transactions, Equinor owns 42,531,946 own shares, representing 1.66% of its share capital.
