Equinor ASA Share Buy-Back Completion

Equinor ASA has completed the third tranche of its 2025 share buy-back programme. From 20 October to 24 October 2025, the company purchased a total of 1,110,666 own shares at an average price of NOK 238.0232 per share. The total transaction value for this period was NOK 264,364,241.09. Including previously disclosed buy-backs, the total accumulated buy-backs under this tranche amount to 16,945,122 shares at an average price of NOK 248.1862, with a total transaction value of NOK 4,205,544,595.93. Following these transactions, Equinor ASA owns a total of 43,642,612 own shares, representing 1.71% of its share capital.
