Power of Attorney for Section 16 Reporting Obligation

Hussein Sweiti, the Chief Medical Officer of enGene Holdings Inc., has granted a limited power of attorney to Ronald H.W. Cooper, Ryan Daws, Lee Giguere, and any person holding the title of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, or Treasurer of the company. This power of attorney authorizes them to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on behalf of Sweiti in accordance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
