Power of Attorney for Todd Arden at eHealth, Inc.

Todd Arden, a director of eHealth, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing several individuals, including employees of eHealth, Inc. and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, P.C., as his attorneys-in-fact. These attorneys-in-fact are authorized to complete and execute Forms 3, 4, and 5, as well as other necessary documents, on behalf of Mr. Arden in compliance with Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Power of Attorney also allows the attorneys-in-fact to file these forms with the Securities and Exchange Commission, any securities exchange or national association, and the Corporation. This Power of Attorney will remain in effect until Mr. Arden is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier by Mr. Arden in writing.
