Power of Attorney for Section 16 Reporting at eHealth, Inc.

Derrick A. Duke, Chief Executive Officer and Director of eHealth, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing several individuals, including employees of eHealth, Inc. and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, P.C., as his attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to complete and execute Forms 3, 4, and 5, as well as other necessary documents related to Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Duke is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier.
