Encompass Health Q3 2025 Earnings Report

Encompass Health Corporation reported its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. Adjusted EBITDA rose by 11.4% to $300.1 million, and adjusted earnings per share increased by 19.4% to $1.23. The company also increased its full-year guidance, with net operating revenue now expected to be between $5.905 billion and $5.955 billion, and adjusted EBITDA projected to be between $1.235 billion and $1.255 billion. Encompass Health opened three new hospitals during the quarter, adding 139 beds to its network.
