Ecopetrol S.A. Announces Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting

Ecopetrol S.A. has announced an extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on November 11, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. in Bogota, D.C. The meeting will take place at the Auditorium of the Centro Internacional de Negocios y Exposiciones (Corferias) and will also be broadcast live via streaming on Ecopetrol's website. The agenda includes safety guidelines, quorum verification, opening of the meeting, approval of the agenda, appointment of the chairperson, and presentation and approval of amendments to the corporate bylaws of Ecopetrol S.A. Shareholders are encouraged to attend with smart mobile devices for electronic voting, and those unable to attend may be represented by a legal proxy.
