Eletrobras Rebrands to AXIA Energia

Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A – Eletrobras has announced its rebranding to AXIA Energia, marking a new chapter in its history as the largest energy company in the Southern Hemisphere. The new identity, which means 'value' in Greek, reflects the company's commitment to financial discipline, operational excellence, and consistent value creation. The rebranding is part of a transformation process initiated in 2022, aimed at making the company more innovative and agile. Starting November 10, 2025, the company's shares will be traded on B3 and NYSE under new ticker symbols: AXIA3, AXIA5, AXIA6 for B3, and AXIA, AXIA PR for NYSE. The Investor Relations website will also change to ri.axia.com.br starting October 24, 2025. The brand change does not affect any contractual, corporate, or regulatory commitments. AXIA Energia aims to be a solid and reliable company capable of driving sustainable economic development.
