DTE Energy Enters into Primary Supply and Energy Storage Agreements with Green Chile Ventures

On October 28, 2025, DTE Energy Company's Board of Directors approved the execution of a Primary Supply Agreement (PSA) and an Energy Storage Agreement (ESA) between DTE Electric Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of DTE Energy, and Green Chile Ventures LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oracle Corporation. Under the PSA, DTE Electric will provide approximately 1.4 gigawatts of electric service to a future data center located in southeast Michigan, with the term running through February 2045 and options to extend. The electric service is expected to ramp up to full delivery by December 2027. The ESA involves DTE Electric building and operating approximately 1.4 gigawatts of energy storage capacity to support the electric service, with a 15-year operational period and options to extend. Oracle Corporation is providing credit support for both agreements.
