Power of Attorney for DT Midstream, Inc.

Joseph Finland, the Chief Accounting Officer of DT Midstream, Inc., has executed a Limited Power of Attorney appointing Wendy Ellis, Andrew T. Hayner, and Christine E. Kaliszuk as his attorneys-in-fact. This Power of Attorney authorizes them to execute and file Forms ID, 3, 4, and 5 on his behalf in compliance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to manage Finland's EDGAR account, including appointing and removing account administrators, maintaining account security, and certifying the accuracy of account information. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Finland is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing.
