Limited Power of Attorney for Section 16 Reporting Obligations

Gregory Wendt, a director of DraftKings Inc., has executed a Limited Power of Attorney appointing Faisal Hasan, Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary of the company, as his attorney-in-fact. This appointment authorizes Hasan to execute and file Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144 on behalf of Wendt in compliance with Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The power of attorney remains in effect until Wendt is no longer required to file these forms or until it is revoked in writing.
