Digi Power X Inc. Announces Strategic Initiatives and Expansion Plans
Digi Power X Inc. (Nasdaq: DGXX / TSXV: DGX) announced strategic initiatives, including the expansion of its AI data center capacity with the addition of five new ARMS-200 GPU modules, scheduled to come online at its Columbiana, Alabama facility in March 2026. This expansion will increase the company's total GPU capacity to 2,304 high-performance GPUs, enhancing its position as a provider of GPU-as-a-Service infrastructure for AI, cloud, and blockchain workloads. Additionally, Digi Power X is developing a retail compute platform, 'NeoCloudz,' expected to launch in January 2026. NeoCloudz will offer on-demand access to GPU compute through a consumer-grade interface, leveraging the company's Tier III infrastructure, high-efficiency liquid cooling, and low-latency networking architecture. The company remains in a strong financial position with approximately $60 million in cash and no long-term debt, allowing for continued investment in next-generation AI infrastructure.
