Limited Power of Attorney for Stephen D. Plavin

Stephen D. Plavin, a director of Cushman & Wakefield plc, has executed a Limited Power of Attorney appointing Noelle J. Perkins, Steven Belew, and Jessica Waller as his attorneys-in-fact.
