Commvault Announces Second Quarter Fiscal 2026 Financial Results
Commvault Systems, Inc. reported its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2026, ending September 30, 2025. The company achieved total revenues of $276 million, an 18% increase year over year. Notably, Commvault surpassed the $1 billion milestone in annualized recurring revenue (ARR), two quarters ahead of its March 2026 target.
