Cintas Corporation 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders Results

Cintas Corporation held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on October 28, 2025. The shareholders elected the following individuals as directors: Melanie W. Barstad, Beverly K. Carmichael, Karen L. Carnahan, Robert E. Coletti, Scott D. Farmer, Martin Mucci, Joseph Scaminace, Todd M. Schneider, and Ronald W. Tysoe. The shareholders also approved an advisory resolution on named executive officer compensation and ratified the selection of Ernst & Young LLP as the Corporation’s independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal 2026. However, the shareholders did not approve the shareholder proposal regarding the ability to call for a special shareholder meeting.
