Constellium Appoints New CEO

Constellium SE announced the appointment of Ingrid Joerg as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026. Joerg, who currently serves as the company's Chief Operating Officer, will succeed Jean-Marc Germain, who has decided to retire. Joerg has been with Constellium since 2015 and has over 25 years of experience in the aluminum industry. The transition is part of a multi-year leadership succession plan, and Germain will serve as a Special Advisor to the Board of Directors and Management in 2026 to ensure a smooth transition. Joerg's compensation includes an annual base salary of CHF 1,050,000, a target annual cash bonus opportunity of 120% of her base salary, and an annual equity award grant expected to be USD $2,150,000.
