Termination of Donna E. Sheridan as President and CEO of NoJo Baby & Kids, Inc.

On October 27, 2025, Crown Crafts, Inc. notified Donna E. Sheridan, President and Chief Executive Officer of NoJo Baby & Kids, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company, of her termination from these positions effective October 27, 2025, and her employment termination effective November 30, 2025. This termination is classified as without cause under her Employment Agreement dated January 18, 2019, entitling her to the benefits outlined in the agreement. These benefits were detailed in the Company’s Proxy Statement filed on June 27, 2025. The Company expressed gratitude for Ms. Sheridan’s contributions and wished her well in her future endeavors.
