Corebridge Financial Announces CFO Transition

Corebridge Financial, Inc. announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Elias Habayeb, effective April 24, 2026. Habayeb will remain in his position during a six-month transition period to ensure the completion of the 2025 financial statements and the finalization of the 2026 budget. His departure is not due to any disagreements with the company regarding financial statements, internal controls, operations, policies, or practices. Corebridge has engaged an executive recruiting firm to find a successor. CEO Kevin Hogan praised Habayeb for his integrity, professionalism, and financial acumen, and expressed confidence in the finance team's ability to support the company's strategic goals.
