CBIZ Reports Third Quarter and Nine Month 2025 Results

CBIZ, Inc. announced its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2025. The company reported total revenue of $693.8 million for the third quarter, a 58.1% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Net income for the quarter was $30.1 million, down 14.1% from the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $120.0 million, up 57.4% year-over-year. For the nine-month period, CBIZ recorded total revenue of $2.2 billion, a 63.7% increase, and net income of $194.9 million, up 47.9% compared to the same period in 2024. Adjusted EBITDA for the nine months was $475.6 million, a 92.9% increase. The company also provided its 2025 outlook, expecting total revenue between $2.8 billion and $2.95 billion, and adjusted EBITDA in the range of $450 million to $456 million.
