This document appoints Patrick Sexton, Arthur Reinstein, and James Lisak as his attorneys-in-fact. They are authorized to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on his behalf in accordance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to perform any necessary acts related to these filings, including filing them with the SEC and any relevant stock exchanges. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Hocking is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing.
