Power of Attorney for Melissa C. Napier

Melissa C. Napier, SVP and Corporate Controller of Conagra Brands, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Carey Bartell, McLaurin Files, and Henry Turner as her attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to prepare, execute, and submit various SEC forms on her behalf, including Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to obtain necessary codes and passwords for electronic filings and to perform any other actions deemed beneficial or legally required. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Napier is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier.
