Limited Power of Attorney for TJ Kennedy at Byrna Technologies Inc.

TJ Kennedy, a director of Byrna Technologies Inc., has granted a Limited Power of Attorney to several individuals, including Chad Porter and Robert Petitt of Blank Rome LLP, and Lisa Wager of Byrna Technologies Inc. This power of attorney authorizes these individuals to prepare, execute, acknowledge, deliver, and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, any national securities exchanges, and the company. The authorized individuals can also seek or obtain information on transactions in the company's securities from third parties and perform any other acts necessary or desirable in connection with the foregoing. The power of attorney remains in effect until revoked by TJ Kennedy in writing.
