Power of Attorney for Alexandre Zyngier at Beyond Meat, Inc.

Alexandre Zyngier, a director of Beyond Meat, Inc., has appointed Teri L. Witteman and Lubi Kutua as his attorneys-in-fact. This Power of Attorney authorizes them to execute, deliver, and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on his behalf in accordance with Section 16(a) of the Exchange Act. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to perform any necessary actions related to these filings, including obtaining transaction information from third parties and taking any other actions deemed beneficial or legally required. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Zyngier is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing.
