Power of Attorney for BRC Inc. Director

Melvin F. Landis III, a director of BRC Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Andrew J. McCormick as his attorney-in-fact. This authorization allows McCormick to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5, as well as a Form ID, on behalf of Landis in accordance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Power of Attorney also grants McCormick the authority to perform any necessary actions related to these filings, including submitting documents electronically to the SEC. The document remains in effect until Landis is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing. The Power of Attorney supersedes any prior agreements on this matter.
