Sharon Spurlin, a director of DMC Global Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Sara Francavilla, Lindsey B. Rhodes, Jennifer M. Houghland, and Kristin Mauer as her attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on her behalf in compliance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
