Allbirds Appoints Lily Yan Hughes as Independent Director

Allbirds, Inc. announced the appointment of Lily Yan Hughes as an independent director to its Board of Directors, effective October 31, 2025. Ms. Hughes brings extensive experience in technology, distribution, real estate, capital markets, and governance. She currently serves as Assistant Dean at Syracuse University College of Law and has held senior legal and corporate secretary roles at Arrow Electronics, Inc. and Public Storage. Ms. Hughes will also serve on the Board’s Sustainability, Nomination and Governance Committee and Management Compensation and Leadership Committee, and as the Chair of the Sustainability, Nomination and Governance Committee. In connection with her appointment, she was granted an initial award of restricted stock units valued at $200,000.
